If you detect an incident with your wholesale order, contact us within 24 working hours of receiving the goods. To review it, we need clear photos and videos of the condition on arrival and of the problem detected.

  • Claim deadline: 24 working hours from receipt.
  • Send photos and videos of the packaging, transport labels, condition on arrival and the problem detected.
  • We review claims when the goods do not correspond to what was purchased or there is an objective incident not stated in the offer.
  • Claims are not accepted for subjective expectations, change of mind or because the lot is not to your taste.

What to do when you receive the goods

Check the order before moving, handling or redistributing the goods. If you notice damage, clear differences from the offer or any arrival issue, keep the packaging and prepare photos and videos showing the condition in which the lot arrived.

How to report an incident

  1. Contact our team within 24 working hours of receipt.
  2. Include the order or proforma number, the affected offer and a short description of the issue.
  3. Attach photos and videos of the packaging, labels, pallet or boxes, and the details of the incident.

Without sufficient visual evidence, it is not always possible to open a review with transport, warehouse or supplier.

Which claims we can accept

We can review claims when the goods do not correspond to what was purchased, when there is an objective discrepancy with the offer or when a relevant incident appears that was not stated in the listing. Each case is analysed with the documentation received, and the solution may depend on available stock, the type of lot and the origin of the incident.

Which claims are not accepted

We do not accept claims based on subjective expectations, change of mind, expected profitability, a specific selection of models or sizes, or because the lot is not to your taste. Wholesale sales are made by assorted lots, not piece by piece.

Lots sold as is or unchecked

Some offers may be sold as is, unchecked or with a specific condition stated in the listing. In those cases, we do not promise a return for incidents that are part of the announced condition. If you have doubts about a specific offer, ask us before accepting the proforma.

Shipping and collection with your own carrier

If Bijuymoda manages the transport, we will review the incident with the documentation provided and with the carrier when appropriate. If you collect with your own carrier, transport responsibility belongs to your operator from loading, so it is important to check and document receipt.
