Shipping, transport and order collection (wholesale)
Shipping cost is calculated individually for each order after you request a quote, based on volume, weight and destination. We do not use flat rates. Orders are prepared within an indicative 24 to 72 working hours after payment is confirmed. Transit times are carrier estimates and are not a delivery guarantee.

1. How transport is calculated
We sell assorted lots, pallets and boxes with very different sizes and weights, so we do not use flat rates. The cost is quoted per request and detailed in the proforma we send by WhatsApp or email.
2. Preparation and transit are separate stages
Preparation: once payment is confirmed, we prepare and strap the order within an indicative 24 to 72 working hours.
Transit: transport time starts when goods leave the warehouse. Times are carrier estimates and may vary: mainland Spain 24–72 working hours; EU 4–7 working days; Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla subject to customs; export outside the EU quoted with the forwarder.
3. Collection with your own carrier
You can arrange collection at our warehouse with your own carrier if the order is paid and confirmed, you book an appointment in advance, and you accept that transit and its insurance are handled by your carrier once goods are handed over.
