Every season, products are made that never get sold, and others come back after a return. Our job is to make sure they are not destroyed or forgotten in a warehouse: we buy them and put them back on sale in shops across Europe and the world.

What overstock is
It is new merchandise that was never sold: end of season, collection changes, cancelled orders or simply overproduction. It is in perfect condition; its only problem is that it no longer has a place in the original shop.
Something similar happens with customer returns: many come back almost unused. We sell them as they arrive, with their condition declared, so nobody gets a surprise.

Destroying unsold goods is no longer an option
The EU Ecodesign Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2024/1781) bans large companies from destroying unsold clothing, accessories and footwear from 19 July 2026. Finding them a buyer, as we do, is the alternative.
