Can I buy as an individual?
Yes, provided that wholesale buying conditions are respected. Sales are made by complete lots or pallets, never unit by unit.
Is requesting a quote free?
Yes. Requesting a quote is completely free and without obligation. You only pay if you confirm the proforma invoice with custom shipping costs.
Do you accept cash on delivery?
No. Payment is made by advance bank transfer after confirming the proforma invoice.
How is shipping calculated?
Individually on each quote based on pallet volume, weight, and delivery destination. You can also coordinate warehouse collection with your own agency.
When can I buy without VAT (VIES)?
If you are an EU company or self-employed professional (outside Spain) with a valid VAT number in the VIES registry, verified manually. Otherwise, Spanish 21% VAT applies.
Can I collect with my own transport agency?
Yes, once the order is paid and an appointment is coordinated to have the lot prepared and strapped in our warehouse.
What is the deadline for reporting an incident?
The deadline is 24 business hours from receipt of goods, noting any visible damage on the carrier delivery note and sending photos or videos.
What are grades A, B, and C?
Grade A: brand new product. Grade B: minor packaging or surface damage or overstock. Grade C: customer returns with potential defects.
