Can I buy as an individual?
Yes, as long as wholesale purchase conditions are met. Sales are by assorted lots, not by single units.
Does requesting a quote cost anything?
No. Requesting a quote is free and with no obligation. You only pay if you accept the proforma.
Do you accept cash on delivery?
No. Payment is made by bank transfer in advance, after approving the proforma.
How is transport calculated?
Individually for each quote, based on volume, weight and destination. We do not publish flat rates.
When do I buy without VAT (VIES)?
If you are an EU company with a valid VAT number in VIES, with manual validation. Without valid VIES, 21% Spanish VAT applies.
Can I collect with my own carrier?
Yes, with the order paid and an appointment arranged so the lot is prepared and strapped.
What is the deadline to file a claim?
24 business hours from receipt, providing photos and videos of the goods and packaging.
What are grades A, B and C?
Grade A: new product. Grade B: product with minor damage or overstock. Grade C: returns with possible defects.
