Most Bijuymoda lots can be bought directly: shipping and taxes for your address appear in the cart. We prepare a quote when something has to be worked out for you, such as a full truck or container, a destination without a rate or a special load. It is free and with no obligation: we send you a proforma with every cost and you only pay if you accept it.

When you need a quote
The cart tells you. If the lot and your address have a rate, you see shipping and taxes and can buy directly. If not, the cart tells you that shipping is worked out in your quote and, at the end, you send the request instead of paying. This happens mainly with:
- full trucks and containers;
- destinations outside our rates, such as exports outside Europe;
- loads that need a special vehicle.
How to request it
- Add the lots to the cart.
- Sign in or register: country, tax details and delivery address.
- Send the request. If you like, add a comment: dates, unloading or documents you need.
You can also ask us in the chat or on WhatsApp with the lot link and your destination.
What the proforma includes
The goods, shipping to your address and the taxes that apply to you: VAT, equivalence surcharge or exemption. With your account you also see it in My account, under «Quotes», with its status.
Validity and reservation
The proforma is valid for 48 working hours. Receiving it does not reserve the lot: it is reserved when we confirm your payment, in order of arrival.
After you pay
You can upload the transfer receipt from My account. Once the payment is confirmed we prepare the order and, the day it ships, we email you the invoice and the tracking number.

Why can some lots be bought directly and others need a quote?
Because for trucks, containers and some destinations shipping is worked out case by case. If the cart shows you the shipping cost, you can buy directly.
What details do I need?
Your company or personal details, the delivery address and, if you buy as a company from another EU country, your VAT number. We check it in VIES straight away.
