What a quote request is
It is the way to buy wholesale at Bijuymoda: it is not a firm order or a payment, but a request for us to calculate the real costs of your order —shipping and taxes included— and send them to you in a proforma. This way you know the total cost before deciding.
How to request it
- Add the offers you are interested in to your cart.
- Fill in your details: company or name, delivery address and contact. If you need a company invoice, include your tax details (and your intra-community VAT number if you buy from the EU).
- Complete the process as a quote request.

What the proforma includes
The proforma itemises the cost of the products and the shipping calculated for your destination, as well as the VAT treatment according to your case. Shipping is calculated individually for each order; we do not apply flat rates.
Validity and reservation
The proforma is valid for 48 working hours so you can review and accept the conditions. The lot is not reserved simply because you received the proforma: it is reserved once the payment is confirmed and allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis. If it is not paid, availability may change.
After you accept
When you accept the proforma and make the transfer, we confirm the payment, issue the official invoice and prepare your order for shipping or collection.
