A Bijuymoda lot is always assorted: you receive a varied selection, not items picked one by one. Every lot declares its condition and what you will receive, and if you have questions you can ask us about it in the chat without leaving the product page.
In short
- Assorted lots: models, sizes and colours cannot be chosen.
- Three conditions: New · overstock, Customer returns and Unchecked (mix).
- An item-by-item list only exists if the product page says so.

What an assorted lot is
A varied set of products sold as a single purchase unit: a box, a pallet, a truck or a container. The contents vary from one lot to another even within the same offer. That is what makes the volume price possible.
Lot conditions
- New · overstock: new, unused items that brands or shops did not manage to sell. A large lot may include the odd item with a small defect or damaged packaging.
- Customer returns: items other buyers returned. They are not tested or checked: a part may be missing or an item may not work.
- Unchecked (mix): a mix of overstock, new items and returns, with defects or not working. Sold as is.
On each product page you see it in the «What you will receive» box.
Content list
Most lots have no item-by-item list. When an offer has one, the product page says so. If it does not mention it, go by the description: product type, variety, condition and format.
Photos and videos
The photos and videos on the product page show the type of product and its condition; in an assorted lot they do not show every unit. If you need to see more, ask us about the lot in the chat.
Before you buy
Read the whole product page: condition, format, sales unit and minimum order. If a lot arrives with an important difference from its description, follow the steps on «Incidents, claims and guarantees».
