Bank transfer
Bank transfer in advance is our payment method for wholesale operations. When you accept the proforma, we provide the bank details to make the payment. We do not accept cash on delivery or split payments.
The proforma and its validity
When you request a quote we prepare a proforma itemising the products and the shipping. The proforma is valid for 48 working hours: during that time you can review and accept the conditions. The lot is not reserved simply because you received the proforma; it is reserved once the payment is confirmed, and if it is not paid, availability may change.
Reserving lots
We work with limited stock and high turnover, so lots are not reserved without payment. Allocation is made in order of confirmed payment: the first credited payment secures the lot.
Prices, VAT and shipping
The prices on the website do not include VAT or shipping. VAT is applied according to your tax domicile and your intra-community situation, and shipping is calculated individually for each order in your quote. The official invoice is issued once the payment has been credited.
