Back to Export

You can buy from outside Spain. We sell to customers in the European Union and export outside the EU from our warehouse in Spain. International shipping is calculated individually in your quote; outbound export costs are usually included in the proforma, while the import duties and taxes of the destination country are normally the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.

  • We sell to the EU and export outside the EU from Spain.
  • International shipping (pallet, container or full truck) is calculated by quote; we do not apply flat rates.
  • EU buyers: intra-community VAT-exempt invoice with a VAT number active in VIES (manual validation).
  • Buyers outside the EU: documentation and customs reviewed case by case; consult a Bijuymoda agent.
  • Destination country duties and taxes: normally the customer's responsibility, unless agreed otherwise.

Buying from the European Union

If your business is in another EU country, you buy just like a domestic customer: add the lots to your cart, request a quote and receive a proforma with products and shipping. The difference is fiscal: companies and self-employed professionals with a valid intra-community VAT number active in VIES can receive the invoice without VAT. Our team validates the VAT number manually when preparing the quote. If no valid VIES VAT number is provided, Spanish 21% VAT applies. You will find the details on the invoicing and VAT page.

Buying from outside the European Union (export)

We export to countries outside the EU from Spain. The buying process is the same (quote request → proforma → bank transfer), but the operation is an export: the invoice may be issued without Spanish VAT when the corresponding documentary requirements are met, and customs and destination procedures depend on your country. Because of the variety of regulations, we ask you to consult directly with a Bijuymoda agent to coordinate the invoicing and clearance according to your destination.

International shipping

International shipping is calculated individually for each order according to volume, weight, destination and type of operation (boxes, pallets, container or full truck). We do not publish flat rates because they vary with the goods and the area. The shipping amount is itemised in your proforma before you decide.

Documentation and customs

In many exports, the cost of export clearance from Spain can be included in the quote and is reflected in the proforma. Duties, import taxes and procedures in the destination country are usually the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise agreed. Each case is reviewed individually: the required documentation and the customs procedure depend on the country and the type of goods, so it is best to coordinate them with your agent and with a Bijuymoda agent.

Delivery times

Times are estimated and start when the goods leave the warehouse after payment is confirmed. As a guide: mainland Spain, 24 to 72 working hours; European Union, 4 to 7 working days depending on the area; export outside the EU, to be checked according to destination and type of transport. The estimated time for each order is stated in the proforma.
